All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Plan limits apply per club and are checked on the server when players and teams are created. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never reach FM365 servers.
Questions clubs ask us
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free clubs get up to 30 players and 2 teams with relevant football advertising shown inside the management portal. Club and player data is never sold, and private documents are never used for advertising.
What counts as a player or team?
Players are active records in the club (archived records do not count). Teams are non-archived teams across your seasons. Limits are enforced by the server, not just the interface.
Can we change plan mid-season?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades keep all historical records; features outside your new plan become read-only until you upgrade again.
How are payments handled?
FM365 plan subscriptions are billed through Stripe in Australian dollars, and clubs can collect their own fees, ticket sales and shop orders through their own Stripe account, with bank transfer instructions for families who prefer them. FM365 never stores card details.
Do you support multiple clubs?
A user can hold a different role at each club — Coach at one, Manager at another. Each club's data is isolated, and every request is authorised against the club you have selected.
Who can change prices?
Only the FM365 platform Super User can edit plan pricing and limits, and every change is written to the platform audit log with before and after values.
